Warranty Claims
If your product arrives with a defective part, we will gladly send a replacement within 7 days from delivery (1 year for Kickstarter backers). The part must have a material defect (manufacturing defect), we cannot replace parts damaged from improper installation or improper use.
To begin a warranty claim, email us at info@artofrecords.com with the order number in the email title and photos of the part with the material defect.
