Art of Records Return Policy
Products purchased directly from artofrecords.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchased date if the product is:
- Un-opened
- Un-used
- Shipped to our warehouse
- Inspected and approved by the warehouse staff
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
To initiate a return, please send an email with photos of the un-opened merchandise to:
info@artofrecords.com
We will issue a return authorization number, and will begin processing the return.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the un-opened merchandise has been received and inspected by the warehouse staff to ensure its un-used.
Please note: shipping costs will not be refunded. Pre-Order and limited edition items may not be returned.
Warranty Claims
If your product arrives with a defective part, we will gladly send a replacement within 30 days (1 year for Kickstarter backers). The part must have a material defect (manufacturing defect), we cannot replace parts damaged from improper installation or improper use.
To begin a warranty claim, email us at info@artofrecords.com with the order number in the email title and photos of the part with the material defect.
